Runner’s testimonial

Personal training with Nick has improved my running endurance and speed.  I run 30-35 miles per week without knee and hip pain now as Nick has taught me core strengthening exercises and the importance of pacing yourself.  My running speed has also improved as I now run a 8-8:30 minute mile.  Before beginning training with Nick just , 3 months ago, I ran a 9-9:30 minute mile.
