Nick’s Gym’s store front offered the perfect visual stimuli for me to gain interest in his training facility and techniques. Delightfully simple, yet complete. I had a past of competitive sports and rigorous training programs, mostly gym oriented and heavy weights. Like any other repetitive commitment; I was getting extremely bored, lazy and overly communicative with fellow gym goers. Needless to say, what I saw happening what less intensity and frequency of good, complete workouts. As a matter of fact, I had almost completely given up on the gym and was starving for something new. It was at this point that I realized I wasn’t educated or creative enough to re-engage my own interest in my overall training. It was also at this very same time that I had been recently engaged to my now beautiful wife, and had regenerated a desire to look and feel great, especially for my wedding in coming months. This is when the lure of Nick’s kettle bells, nicely presented in his front windows, convinced me toward an introduction and scheduled 1st workout. Since then, I have never been more excited to learn how such simple workouts, sometimes with very little or no additional weight, can present such physically demanding and image changing results! I highly recommend the style and techniques behind Nick’s philosophy because of not only what I see in my progressions now, but more importantly where I see taking my physical health in the future. Nick has completely changed my perspective of obtaining a “complete workout” and I look forward to continuing our relationship and fitness progressions for a long time.
